If you bought your ahhNATURAL products online from us, you are instantly covered. If you purchased ahhNatural from a retailer, you must provide proof of purchase and register online.
What is covered?
The catch. Our guarantee allows us to work to correct the problem before approving a refund. ahhNatural is permitted to correct the problem with the full cooperation of the customer.
The warranty is void at the sole discretion of ahhNatural. Refund approvals will be at the discretion of ahhNatural. if you encounter water issues due to personal use events, pre-existing Biofilm (gunk in the plumbing), water source content in your used or new hot tub or seasonal ecological factors (like pollen, mold, or algae in trees) and decide to ask for a refund you may not be eligible.
Your hot tub facts must comply with our hot tub and spa specifications. We may ask for confirmation /proof of use and tub information (photocopy from Manual) to assure accuracy with your original customer order facts (this is how we ensure ahh is an excellent match for you and your tub). We can require an exit interview within 2 weeks of your return request (this is how we learn).
What's not covered? Our warranty covers your satisfaction up to 3 months from purchase, NOT DATE OF INSTALLATION. Every hot tub, water source, and use is unique. We are committed to resolving and customizing a maintenance plan that will work for you. If you are unhappy after working with us to resolve issues, we will start the refund process.

- A good match. If you are within our hot tub product specifications, have no pre-existing contaminations in your plumbing, experienced no chronic water issues prior to using ahhNatural, and have allowed us to work with you. You qualify for our warranty and return if needed.
- Performance and water quality. ahhNatural is proven to keep the water clean and clear within our hot tub and use specifications. But as you know, all hot tubs get compromised due to factors like water source contents, vacations (lack of maintenance), parties, and environmental factors. We will coach you on how to resolve water quality issues if they come up for 3 months.
- Refund approvals will be at the discretion of ahhNatural. if you encounter water issues due to personal use events, pre-existing Biofilm (gunk in the plumbing), water source content in your used or new hot tub or seasonal ecological factors (like pollen, mold, or algae in trees) and decide to ask for a refund you may not be eligible.
- Detox using ahh-some gel. All tubs have some gunk in the plumbing. If your gunk is average and reasonable and you text us images of what comes out you are fully covered for life after detox. If you have excess debris you will have to take extra steps and multiple detox sessions. Even then we can not gaurentee you got it all. If that's the case we will coach you but may advise you that this may take longer than 3 months to resolve.
- Product coaching. For the first 3 months, we'll help you get to the root of your problem should something arise. Allowing us to work with you to diagnose and resolve the root cause 99% of the time, leads to a happy healthy soaking experience. As you might guess, providing your observations is essential for a happy bathing experience and fine-tuning maintenance.

- Our warranty does not cover water quality issues due to water source biology, Hot tubs with pre-existing Biofilm or debris in the plumbing, environmental contamination (such as pollen, ash & smoke, air-born molds from trees, or any other contaminates in the surrounding area of your spa). And acts of nature.
- AhhNatural requires full cooperation from the customer to correct any water quality problems in a reasonable amount of time. The process usually takes no more than 30 days.
- The warranty is void if you decide to skip the detox step and do not use ahh-some gel. Using other products, such as bromine, without talking to us is also a no-go.
- Proof of your hot tub facts and bather use is critical to your success and must comply with our product specifications. Your hot tub facts must be accurate in your order profile if not we are happy to coach you but this could void the chance of a refund. We reserve the right to ask for photos of debris when performing the detox step, manuals, and proof of use. The more we know the better we can help.
- If we fail to resolve pre-existing conditions a request for a refund could be denied. We are committed to your success and will review each case as unique. Flat-out refusal to allow us to work with you will void the warranty & result in no refund.
- Warranty compliance is the sole discretion of ahhNatural and will be determined case by case.
- We reserve the right to do an exit interview within two weeks of your return notification. We will start the refund process if the interview results don't allow customizing your maintenance plan.

- All Returns must be authorized by ahhNatural before returning the product to us.

- All Refunds will be issued less original and return shipping. Only ahhNatural brand products qualify for a refund.

- I will use my common sense to keep friends and myself safe by not bathing in poorly maintained water. (This is why the EPA recommends periodic chlorine treatments for hot tubs).
- I confirm that my information about my hot tub size and bathing usage is accurate, knowing that if it is not, this could affect the performance of the ahhNatural system and void the warranty.
- I will not hold ahhNatural accountable for dissatisfaction due to misinformation or pre-existing contamination. The accuracy of my hot tub facts and use are essential to assure success.
- You agree not to hold ahhNatural, LLC liable for choosing not to abide by your local laws that may require the use of traditional chemicals.
- I understand the warranty is void if I use ahhnatural outside the recommended compatibility specifications.
