We haven't used the product yet but we were excited for a product that only had to be added monthly but once the bottle got here the directions say 1 capful per 400 gallons a week or 2 if under heavy use.
RESPONSE: ahhNatural instructions are 1X per month. You do not have to use it as printed on the bottle. Unless you have heavy use.
